“Noe of us lives to himself “(Romans 14:7).
Am I responsible for my brother? Absolutely. Our lives are interconnected; we don't live in isolation. Oswald Chambers underscores that our actions impact others. Whether sitting together in heavenly places or acknowledging shared suffering, we are part of a larger whole. As the body of Christ, we're not solitary islands; our connections extend beyond fellow believers to those God intentionally places in our lives. Chambers challenges us to follow Christ's example, embracing potential hardship to be witnesses for His sake. In a world marked by division, our witness demonstrates that our lives are dedicated not just to ourselves but to God. Why are we on Earth? Not merely for personal salvation but for active service to Him. Indeed, we are our brothers' keepers, tasked with loving, praying, and sacrificing for their sake.
